Really why do we as parents waste so much money on toys when all our kids really want is a cardboard box, some blankets and pillows, and some newspaper! This video is kinda long, but it's only a small clip of all the fun the kids had with this newspaper. I was actually trying to read it and Melody was helping me stack it on the back of the couch. It kept falling back in my lap so finally in exasperation I threw the whole thing on the floor just to get it out of my lap. While Melody was still deciding if I was mad at her or the newspaper Jared started throwing it all over the room. It didn't take Melody long to join in and Katie just sat there and stared. I don't think she really knew what to do!
